The unit will be turned on to check the unit is blowing both warm and cool air.

This will confirm for us that the machine is in working order with no obvious faults.

The filters will be removed and cleaned with the appropriate solution.

Visual check of wiring for any obvious disintegration etc

Dust down the coils (behind the filters)

Spray degreaser on the coils on both indoor and outdoor

Both indoor and outdoor units will be given a general spray and wipe on the exterior.
